D-Rats Send Image function is very similar to the Send File function with one added feature. The Send Image function allows you to set image size and quality. This can speed up the transfer process.

NOTE: A old download liong test was run using Send File And Send Image and transfer times were almost identical ( Approximately 90 seconds for a 6KB image) Buy reducing picture quality and size you ultimately reduce the file size and thus reduce the transfer time. In testing it was found that reducing the quality setting below 40 would start to show significant signs of image degradation.

The transferred image will appear in the download directory of the receiving station as defined in the main settings menu "user" tab. (The default directory is the desktop)
