D-Rats' Ping Station function, although fairly simple in next download mahjong games theory, is a very useful tool in diagnosing peer to peer connections and employing a bit of Pull Technology. Ping is very similar to that used in other mediums and sends a request to a Specific Station requesting an acknowledgement. The recieving station will acknowledge reciept of the Ping request and return a response automatically to the originating station. This response can now be customized by the user to include a simple text line response, a text file, or a text file from a vaild web site URL (this assumes current internet connectivity).
